Message from the Director

As we welcome the month of May, we are reminded of the enduring spirit of the American Revolution—a commitment to freedom, knowledge, and community that continues to shape our nation. Our public library stands as a living expression of those ideals, offering open access to information for all.

This month, we honor military service with National Military Appreciation Month, and celebrate the rich diversity of our country through Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Jewish American Heritage Month, and other May observances that honor the many voices contributing to our shared story.

We invite our community to explore, learn, and reflect with us as we carry forward the revolutionary belief that knowledge empowers and unites us.
