Directions
FROM THE NORTH:
Take the Garden State Parkway South to exit 145.
At the top of the exit ramp, bear left onto Route 280
West. Follow Route 280 West to exit 10 - Northfield Avenue.
* * At the end of the exit ramp there is a traffic light.
At the light, turn right onto Northfield Avenue. At the
next traffic light, turn left onto Main Street. Follow
Main Street for one block. At the first traffic light,
turn left onto Mt. Pleasant Avenue. The Library parking
lot is 1/2 block up Mt. Pleasant Avenue on the left.
FROM THE SOUTH:
Take the Garden State Parkway North to exit 145. After
the toll booth, bear left onto Route 280 West. Follow
Route 280 West to exit 10 - Northfield Avenue. Follow
directions above from * *.
FROM THE WEST:
Take Route 280 East to exit 9. There is a traffic light
at the end of the exit ramp. At the traffic light, turn
left onto Mt. Pleasant Avenue. Stay in the right lane
and turn right on Gaston Street (the second street).
The Library parking lot is on the left.
FROM THE NEWARK AIRPORT:
From the Airport exit, follow signs for Route 78 West.
Take 78 West to the Garden State Parkway North. Follow
the Parkway North to exit 145. From exit 145, take Route
280 West. Stay on Route 280 West to exit 10 (Northfield
Ave.). Turn right onto Northfield Ave. at the traffic
light at the end of the exit ramp. Make a left onto
Main Street at the next light. Follow Main St. for one
block to Mt. Pleasant Ave. (1st light). Turn left onto
Mt. Pleasant Ave. The Library parking lot is 1/2 block
up Mt. Pleasant on the left.
To enter the Library parking lot, drive past the Library
building on Mt. Pleasant Ave. Turn left onto Gaston
St., then left into the Library parking lot.
